music industry decided that signing tons of crappy bands was better than promoting the already established solid money making bands. Not to mention technology has ruined most music to the point where you can't even tell what a singer truly sounds like naturally. I'm glad i grew up in the eighties man!! rock till death takes you!!
@LoopTiDoos1234 Amen! The music industry is ruined. All these "Idol" shows have stolen any screen time real bands get. Auto Tune has made the art of singing no longer singing. Anyone can make a passable studio record these days. No talent what so ever from these so called "major recording artists" these days. Bands like Slaughter is where its at. All talent. No bullshit. Sure mark's voice these days in kinda shot but atleast he's actually singing . :) Rock on! \m/
Takes me back to high school...I remember sitting in the back of class listening to slaughter and ignoring my teachers! Lol! Still a great song and a great band!
@XxKulturxX the gays are in your world in this moment, the actual music songs are garbage, dirty and looser songs, SLAUGHTER ES LA LEY PENDEJO DE MIERDA,. PUDRETE.
@aaronbb1973 .....yeah I remember the break up. I Played this song and Danger Danger's "Still think about you". In hindsight I am so glad that B**ch is gone :D
Man I miss these days. Can't always live in the past, but this song and band sure bring back good memories. Back in my early 20's.
My wife and I have been married 23 yrs now. Cool stuff. We used to go to these concerts and party and have fun. Still having fun now, but these were special times for sure.
Of course we aren't living in the past. We live mussically in the past. What I'm supposed to listen now? Sh*ty Linkin Park? Bullet for my valentine? Or maybe Rihanna or Justin Bieber? Do you call that music? The life and the time is one big circle.. everything that goes - comes again. I know I'll enjoy again the beautiful 80's. I expect big rock revolotion (rock in the right meaning) Have a nice day
@01po01po i was thirteen when i found out about this band....i didnt even know who they were i just thought the cover was cool....found out they were awesome!! it was my first tape ever bought....my mom made me get a christian tape if i bought a metal tape so my dad was like...i think stryper is christian...and i was like YES!!! hahaha oh man anyways thought i would share
@01po01po I love that this was "back in your early twenties" :) I had this album on cassette when I was about 8 or 9 years old, riding around on a bmx with a sony walkman, back when super nintendo was the bomb.. found the CD years later in a pawn-shop and nearly poo'd in my pants a little bit... absolutely brilliant band/album. Guess it don't matter if you're 8 or 20, good music just speaks to the soul ;) Proud it got to be a part of my childhood. You win for seeing these guys live though!!!
Mark slaughter.... you rock you guys 80s n 90s men always in my list favorite bands in 80s n 90s luv your music keep rocking mark n all crew slaughter forever.....
this is 90's music, slughter was not from the 80's,but when they come out nirvana was already getting popular, thats the end of this kind of music, alternative took the charts, but if you like this kind of music is what country music sounds like today the only difrence is country music don't have the metal element they replace the electric metal guitars for violins, not too good if you love the metal guitar solos in this kind of music.
ty for clearing that up, and its evident to me that slaughter were inspiration for alot of bands that came after them, they brought 90s rock into the 90s if that makes any sense
One of the first bands i grew up listening to, courtesy my big bro, and really loved them - still do. I think this is one of their best songs. And i really love "days gone by" too! These two are my favorite. Yeah, GO SLAUGHTER!!!
Awesome song! That's the original cover? I have the old Cassette Tape but with a different but similar cover. Maybe because I was like 9 when this came out.
luv this song,to bad it came out at the wrong time 1992.this would have been sooooo much bigger then it was!!
