Whoever posted this is breaking the law. First, cameras are not allowed in classrooms. Secondly, the issue is a defamation of character.

Teachers are people, too, and if the student was acting up, but not complying, I can see the reason to be upset.

Defamation of character? I think the teacher did that on her own. Video taping idiots is a big business. Look at the show cops, or more recently Michael Richards racist outburst. Your saying that the person who video taped his outburst defamated his character? Lastly, cameras should be allowed in public classrooms to prevent teacher outbursts like that. If somebody talked to me in that tone they would be knocked on their behind in the blink of an eye.
