to the previous commenters--right, it is beautiful. and what makes the jerks think other listeners are going to enjoy this more while THEY are making noise? reminds me when i went to an elliott smith concert in the mid1990s and people were talking all the way through. anyway, i was going to share this on Facebook, but i won't because of that annoying aspect to it.
@hydogify ....anyway, this whole endeavor on doveman's part brings these songs to life for me and legitimizes them. i liked them as a c. 13 year old, and then became ashamed that i had, but now i see that it's not necessarily the material, but whose hands it's in. that woman laughing around 4:08 especially annoyed me.
too bad whitney houston didn't do any of the songs on the original soundtrack. that would have been poignant.
Why are they laughing? Cheers to Doveman and this very cool record. Jeers to the boobs who thought it was a joke. He even told them it was because a woman killed herself. Nice work people.
