@modwickman, you may be right, but we couldn't keep running the A4 year in and year out, this project was an attempt and doing something very different and something very exciting, and something that would push us to the limits.

The fact that it won this year is a confirmation to us that it was the right decision and that it is a winning platform for the Eurotuner Grand Prix, that our goals and efforts with this project were more than justified. Not only did we build a world class show car, but it can go to a contest like this and compete against and beat other tuner cars.

Awesome that you guys have the time as well as the R&D to put into these cars, but what does it mean when you can't respond to customers? As someone who in the past has spent thousands with you, I was dismayed to find a couple of months ago that after 2 phonecalls and multiple e-mails that you couldn't respond help me out with a large order. You've lost your edge, 034!

However, this project in NO way affects our customer service abilities, we have a sales staff of over 8 people, NONE of these people work on our project cars, their only responsibility is to assist customers day in and day out.

In 2010 we serviced over 10,000 customer and shipped over 14,000 packages, all over the world. To say we've lost our edge just isn't true. We're sorry if you were the outlier that slipped through the cracks, we'd like to try to figure out what happened in your case specifically, but 034 is on top of its game and continues to grow and push boundaries each year, not only in our racing and promo vehicles, but also our product development and customer service as well.
