There are a few other problems with your statements,athough most of the recovery happened during WW2 a significant amount of recovery occured under FDR .Also Clinton could have vetoed any budget and started reducing the deficit and increasing growth before the Repbulican revolution.Lastly I find it funny that you don't mention JFK
