  • That's great that you have mention your bodyweight but what about your size? How tall are you? You can be 5'6" midget wit T-Rex arms than this lift is a joke for you or you can be 6'8" and than we got whole a lot different story here. Your arms looks extremely short

  • @m5p944 i think arm length to height ratio is more telling than overall height. im only 5'8 but i have arm length comparable to people who r 5'10-6. its always given me shoulder problems when benching since my arms need to really stretch for the bar to touch my chest. still twice bodyweight bench is an outstanding achievement, short arms or not

  • if you spread yur arms out more then yu can defintly pull off MORE WEIGHT but good bench anyway

  • decline bench works more of your lower chest i believe

  • What's this whole "Decline Bench" thing, I don't quite understand it, can you explain?
