Interestingly, Hinata is actually stronger in taijutsu than Sakura, they are the same in ninjutsu and in all the other categories Sakura is stronger. So it would be a really interesting fight if Kishi had like a Kunoichi tournament, but saying that all Hinata has to do to win is take out Sakura's chakra points would be incorrect.

Plus, there r 3 basic ways for a ninja to fight; according to the book, Hinata surpasses her in 1, and they're tied in another. Sakura may be stronger in genjutsu, but the byakugan gives Hina the advantage there too. That + the fact that loss of chakra disables genjutsu puts Sakura at a complete loss.

Then again, it would be tricky to go up against Hinata's eight trigram protection so IDK, this seems like a close battle. :)
