I looked it up this whole static shock movie thing is nothing more than a rumor, there is no reference to it anywhere and IMDB has no evidence of it only the dvd's, and if there was gonna be a static shock movie lil wayne would not be static. Virgil was a straight forward kid, no tattoos, he didn't look like he was a gang banger. If anyone was gonna play static shock it would be will smith's kid who is not yet old enough to, nor did he speak like lil wayne. So rest easy.
