Bamboo and Hijo apparently are two different worlds. like NU107 once mentioned it when the old band was heralded as Rock Gods of the Month, "Each is a force of their own." Bamboo prefers laid back (War of Hearts..->Questions) music while Nathan, Vic and Ira are more into mindblowing ones (Tatsulok -> Tamalee). it was just pretty right that they pursue what they really want to do with their music. Can't force unhappy guys to stay together. Others should have a time to shine. See Camerawalls?

Nakakalungkot na inikukumpara niyo ang Bamboo with Hijo. I don't think it's a fair comparison. This is a Hijo music video, and I salute the band for this. Musicality is spot on. Art direction of the music video, is world class. Galing, galing. Magaling ang Hijo in its own right!

hey, i'm a fan of bamboo, the band and the frontman.

i've been following bamboo and nathan since their rivermaya days.

and ira and nathan are amazing with their instruments.

remember the band's glory days? especially, the 1st and the 2nd album?

these guys were musical soulmates.

hijo is refreshing (opm bands are getting crappy nowadays).

but come on, we all know that this would've been epic if this was bamboo (the band).

sadly, i'll have to support bamboo (the vocalist) and hijo separately.
