She's not bad, but not amazing or unique either. She's got talent but the lyrics of the song dont make sense, especially the very beginning it just sounds like a bunch of random lines from other love songs thrown together but in no order that forms an actual story or meaning of any kind.

Read the lyrics and if you can piece together what she's trying to say; especially in the first part; into an actual story I would be amazed.

Obviously we all understand what she's kinda saying but thats because we know love songs by now, but the lyrics dont fit together like an actual story.

I can tell you are not a song writer. x) Songs do not have to "tell a story" and something that means nothing to you can mean anything or everything to the writer. Instead of analyzing her lyrics, why don't you just sit back and listen to the music? :)

She's sifting through memories of a person she was with ("the moments that we shared"). he's never left her mind("your reflection still surrounds me"), and she is remembering what it felt like to be with him ("I can feel your arms around me"), and wondering if he still remembers her("have you forgotten who I am").

Then, she goes on to say that she still sits and thinks about the end of the relationship, and why they let it happen ("Sometimes I just and sit and wonder Cant believe we let it come this far"). She still fantasizes about what could have happened if they didn't break up ("reminiscing about what could have been"), but she knows that it's too late to fix it, and that he's moved on ("But now youre already gone")

I hope that makes sense to you now. That was my interpretation of the lyrics.

Songs dont have to always form a story but love songs... ya they kinda have to, because there's no point to any love song except the story behind it. You cant get into a song that the lyrics change so obvious enough in the middle of the song you can hear it even in her voice. the lyrics dont flow
