stopping power makes the ENTIRE LOWER TORSO a 1 shot area. from the bottom of the pecs to the balls.

Also, FMJ does NOTHING to damage, only bullet penetration.

FMJ with (Perks 1.sheight of hand 2.stopping-power 3.steady aim) ..... (death streak pain killer) is what i do always 1 shot some time even if they have pain killer  (excludes last and final stand)

i use fmj on it, its one hit kill most of the time even if its on the leg,

fmj only adds damage to bullet penetration, its doesnt effect the actually damage on different parts of the body. with stopping power (fmj is irrelivant) the intervention and barret will kill from the waist up, as long as its not it the arms.
