Rxb6 was a bad move, the other player should have played after Rxb6..Bxe4 (Qxe4? in liue of Qxb6 for black) if White rook moves back to b1 or Rfb1 to control the b file,black will move Nf5 forking the queen and the strong bishop on d6 whites only is Qxe4 and black will capture the bishop on d6. Black has the slight advantage due to whites weak pawns on queenside plus black already a strong central pawns.

i think there's a good move at 09:40 with pawn to e5 check. if black moves the king then it's mate in one, and if Rook takes pawn then Rook to f4.

At 9:13, you had a forced mate in 4.
1. Qxh7+ Kf8
2. Qh8+ Kf7
3. Qxg7+ Ke8
4. Qg8 #

At 9:17, I believe Bg6 was the best move.
If Rxe5, Qh8 Ke7 Qxg7 Ke6 Qf7#
If Rf7, Bd6 (your opponent's choice of mate follows :) )
