You should use sacred flame to absorb some damage and the HoT is cool for a quick flash of light cast

Molten Core doesn't really yield that much gold. Half the bosses aren't humanoid, and don't have gold drops. The old purple armor aren't much more than a few gold to vendors.

You can make some money selling the cores, but you're still probably better off spending time in Zul'Gurub or, even better, Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj if you're hunting cash.

umm cleanse the magma splash?? that debuff ticks for a lot of damage over time and armor reduction stacks up even tho ur lvl 80 and all, it hurts.

I just wanted to say, that his debuff will wear off if you completely styop attacking him. If i recall correctly, the debuff is like...a "chance on hit" effect.

Do you think it would be possible to solo Ragnaros? I see some videos of mages, warlocks, & death knights doing it. I can't find one of a paladin doing it, though.

I think it's possible, altough you'll need a group to get there since some bosses are not soloable (and all bosses need to be dead in order to get to Rag).. But If you get there I think it's not that hard.

Rag is actually somewhat difficult. I duo MC with a druid weekly. Rag's melee fire damage is generally weak, especially with FR aura, but the issue is that he will knock you up into the air.. WAY UP and back, so the fall damage I take generally leaves me with 4k health or so, and then if you're not in melee range he blasts you with fireballs every second or so. I imagine it could be soloable if your mana holds out from healing the fall damage, which I'm not sure mine would.

Someone commented earlier that you can get rid of the debuffs by attacking one of his dogs. But I can't confirm that. If you further got no problems staying alive, and that approach works, then you should be fine.

I was wondering, did they nerf the gold amount on just Onyxia, or all of the Pre BC raids? With Onyxia you would be able to get about 89g with two people. Now you get about 26g with two people.

About how much gold were you making a week doing all the raids?

Hmm, 2 Onyxia's on per week = 300g

2 ZGs = 480g

2 AQ's = 320g + 160 = 480g

So, about 1k gold a week.

Which is now down to about 500-600, still decent :P

I sell them all. Those skill books in AQ20 sell for 10g each, and each boss drops 2, and Ossirian 3. So that's at least another 20-30g bonus per boss.

That should be possible I guess. But. In order to reach him I have to kill all other bosses, and I can't do that... and I doubt there're people around who only want to join in for the crappy ones ;)

btw you dont hav to w8 for them to stack up high you can get rid of the debuff by attacking one of the adds for less thn 30secs and not hitting the boss
