All and all, the japanese was the best, the english version made her sound too old, the chinese version made her sound as a person around 11-12 years old. Cantonese made her and Yuji sound like people around 18-24 years old.

i feel that the eng dub is the worst compared to the original japanese one lol. shana's voice is too old and the names sound wierd including nietono no shana. the chinese one is the best dub imo, followed by the cantonese one.

From all three dubs (comparing to the original Japnese), the only good one is the Mandarin dub. It really captured Shana's voice well.

I think the main problem in English dubbing is that Shana sounds, as a mature woman in her late thirties.

When the voice is so different from Japanese original, the intonation does not matter.
