Archael, you haven't planed Castlevania: Symphony of the Night? It's the best one out of the series, easily. Go download the rom and play at least the intro, if not the whole thing.
I thought that convo was from Symphony of The Night? Isn't it in the very beginning of the game, before you take control of Alucart? I never played Rondo of Blood, so, I wouldn't know...I'm guessing the beginning of SoTN is some kind of flashback to Rondo of Blood?
Hmm, I'm surprised no one mentioned it. The speech is lifted out of Rondo of Blood, one of the only Castlevania games I've actually made it to the end of.. It's the speech Richter and Dracula have, except of course... redubbed.

I was wrong about the music. It's not "beginning" from III. It's from Castlevania 2: Simon's quest. I suggest getting the entire soundtrack, as it's one of the best ones. I think it's called "bloody tears".

So anyways anonymous is still out there and we have encyclopedia dramatica now which helps make up for that stuff.
BTW you seem to be doing pretty well, since when he summons his ectoplasm's that's his "second phase" and the rest of the fight is just the same from there. You just have to be lucky and not get the chasing flames while in the second phase and you're pretty much set.

There should be a IWBTG boss edition. The whole game is boss fights. The boss fights are the best part about this game.
