My understanding is that the bulk of the tax cuts that were "given" to business in Wisconsin were enacted to take advantage of the fact that Illinois raised its taxes on business. The "cuts" are to take the form of tax credits given to businesses that move their operations from other states (in this case the target is Illinois) to create new jobs in Wisconsin. Seems logical, that is, of course, if one is logical.

I remember when this kind of behavior (actually much MUCH worse) was called Patriotic.

The Teabaggers were given actual marching orders on how to disrupt town halls. The Koch Brothers payed to have them bused in, they were handed talking points to ask the congressman (enemy), told not to gather in one place so that they would seem larger, instructed to boo and to interrupt when the congressman was talking, etc...

They aren't mandated to do anything, it's just that when you enter a Union-shop, you become a part of that collective bargaining unit, and there are stipulations and qualifications for being a part of that CBU. I was at the meeting also. The crowd did interrupt, but ONLY when it was clear that all of Vukmir's answers were the same non-responsive, untruthful talking points that Scott Walker has been giving. The whole meeting was a sham. Sensenbrenner tried to scuttle it from the start, resisting the idea of using a microphone so that people could hear, and threatening to adjourn the meeting minutes after starting because people asked him to speak up.
