  • I hear ya, I remember. I have been going since 1995 as well, I am in the same boat and its a great place to get away and drink with people i rode with years ago and currently. Its easier to find things to do there as well as there are some hott woman there still. Its gotten smaller but i still have fun at the block party and listening to the pipe bands. But I still miss those days i must admit.

  • The engine your viewing is Engine 461......from Liberty Road VFC in Baltimore County. I am a member of Liberty Road and was there when this video was taken. Engine 461 a 1992 Seagrave 8 cylinder 10 man cab. the fed q does have a siren brake on it. It is sraight piped with a waterous 1500gpm pump and 750 gallon tank of water. Its still in service as a primary peice as of this time. I do agree that the convention was alot more fun in years gon

  • @Firefyta2 Yeah,it almost blows anymore to go.When this was allowed, the parade was at least 3 hours worth of bands, floats, pretty girls riding on the hose beds, and rigs from all over. Now the parade is hardly 2 hours long.I only still go because I've been going since 1995.

  • sounds really good.

  • No siren brake on this rig?

  • so if the q siren is on the driver side that means the passenger can control it too

  • nah man... they mount it wherever you want, wherever it makes sense/looks good on your wagon, controls on both sides

  • Our chief would love it but the citizens would have a shit fit.

  • yo fmartinjr how do u activate the q like how do turn it on do u hold the butoon or just press it an turn it off?

  • homefry93 i think what it is (or at least in my city) on the left of the drivers side there are two small pedals, on is for the Q siren the other is for the airhorn...

  • o really cool so the q can be on the passenger side

  • You can mount it anywhere that is solid

  • nice truck!

  • There are a few departments in small towns near where I live that still have yellow trucks

  • that would suck. your house im flames and hearing that siren. cool vid though

  • 2 sirens at once lol

  • as usual...

  • doing what for, video recording?if why was i taping this, its for fun, enjoyment of fire rigs on film,a seagrave or any make of rig could be here today gone tomorrow.and if so,i can say that i have a picture of it and or sounds of it.
