Sometimes we "think" so much with our emotions (especially when it comes to our pets) that we try to see things as though we have the perspective of the animal. Truth is, we don't! So in this particular case, it leaves us with only the facts. Whether or not Donna was a "good" owner is not the issue. The dog belonged to Donna at the time in question so simply put, the dog should be returned to Donna.

I must make an important correction regarding the statement about what Laura told the current owners as far as the vet bills-Laura actually paid $1,000 that she couldn't afford for Tilly's medical care. Say what you want about her decision, and trust me based on the judge Alex show there is a lot of areas begging for comment, she obviously loved Tilly and made what she thought was the right choice at the time.

All the comments against the current owner are uncalled for and unfair they are as in

There are alot of strong emotions in this case, but the emotions shouldn't cloud the facts which are blatantly obvious.

1.Tilly was originially owned by Laura "the pet sitter" who also owned Tilly's mother along with other dogs.

2.Donna was THE SECOND owner of Tilly, and while in her care Tilly was visciously attacked by two larger dogs.

3.Donna left Tilly in need of medical care with Laura under vague conditions.

4.Laura's other (larger) dogs were aggressive to an injured Tilly

5.Laura (for whatever her own reasons were) decided to lie about what she had done, and not confront Donna on her "care" of Tilly. (besides the lack of medical care I couldn't find any documentation to support Donna's care of Tilly)

6.Laura asked the current owner if they wanted to take the injured Tilly, as she knew them to be good people with a love for animals. She stated that Tilly was picked on by her other dogs, and she couldn't afford to take her to a vet.

8.I also,looked up the court case records and was shocked to see that Donna isn't even suing for custody of Tilly and is only asking for money.

9.There is also documentation that Donna postponned the current case several tinmes, all the while pursing the Television court shows.

10.The current owner was only aware of the current case in small claims court after she was contacted by one of the television court shows and asked if she

would agree to having her case heard with them.

11.On the website set up in Tilly's name (in my opinion) it's an obvious expression of Donna's love for Tilly, but I was instantly offended

by the request for money. Why not use the money from the Judge Alex show?

If Tilly was so mistreated why did Laura make a comment on the Judge Alex show that she was wrong for doing what she did giving Ms.Tilly away.She also said that she was thinking of stealing Ms.Tilly back from the one she gave her to and give Tilly back to Dr.Donna.

Poor Tilly. She needs to be home with Gracie and her mom. It's an evil person who admits they've done something wrong in front of the entire country, and then won't even correct her mistake. How horrible that people can be so uncaring and cold to not reunite that beautiful dog with her family. It's so wrong. I don't know how this "pet-sitting friend" can live with herself!

Can any pet owner imagine a "so-called-friend" giving their pet away to strangers. But she has been lying to you for years making you believe the dog was lost or killed. Finally you learn she gave the dog to strangers. As a pet owner myself, my heart goes out to the original owner.  If this were a car, it would be returned to the original owner. But this is a pet, a beloved family member! The owner has been fighting to be back with her Tilly again.

I notice that some of the commentators signed up for a YouTube account to voice their hateful opinions on this case. After seeing the case presented on Judge Alex, it's clear that the dog was cruelly taken from the original owner. If the "pet sitter" felt the dog was being mistreated, she should have discussed it with the original owner. Even going to a the Sacramento SPCA to have them investigate animal abuse would have been a proper way to handle suspected neglect.

Look at the other videos from this person,(WARNING: DISTURNBING CONTENT) and then ask yourself whose interest "Dr. Donna" is trying to promote. Maybe despite all her many "business" (a term I use so loosely someone could hang themselves with it) ventures, money is a little tight and the need for a cash cow--whoops I guess dog in this case is greater than the need for self respect. I mean if she promotes Tilly as a "mascot" (which a real mother would never exploit in such a way) why so few pics?

Oh, my goodness! I feel compelled to say that lies will only amount to more lies--which seems to be the case here based on my own personal knowledge of the case and all the publicly available information I have found on this case in the last couple of months. "Dropped off at a dog sitter" what total BS--more like abandonned when in need of severe ( & EXPENSIVE) medical attention. The "sitter" was actually Tilly's original owner and didn't steal and give away, but actually put her first/saved her

I have been following this case closely, and have read everything from both sides. I her several comments for all of Miss. Tilly's "owners."

From my aquired info, this lady bringing the lawsuit originally lost Tilly because she could not pay her vet bills. Tilly is happy. Leave her be!

Are some people really that sociopathic in their thinking that stealing a member of your family is OK and you trying for 5 years to get her back legally is evil of you? Obviously these are the people that let predators steal their children, keep their doors open for thieves to come in, give money willingly to scammers AND are happy about it. i know the people who have loved and cared for tilly for the past five years, and they will be *heartbroken* if tilly is taken away from them!!! :o( sounds like you're a spiritual person; if you win in court, what if you took the spiritual 'high road' and let tilly stay where she is, and came and visited her there? if you told tilly that *you* loved her so much that you weren't going to let her be traumatized again! i think you would be a real miracle worker if you did that!!! :o) <3
