David Cook is a good singer, I'll admit - but he always looked way too serious after the songs. That's one thing I couldn't stand about him. He rarely ever smiled and embraced the crowd. It was almost as if he was focused more on winning than the actual effect his singing would have on others.

this was the last season that had the three original judges. kara joined in 2009. ellen joined in 2010. in 2011 both simon and paula were gone to be replaced by jlo and steven tyler. Season 7 (2008) will always be one of the best. It was the last great season.
