boiled potatoes with sauerkraut and pickles a bowl of boiled rice, maybe with some soya or pasta sauce scrambled eggs...pasta / spaghetti a groovy salad mix cereal a slice of bread with strawberry jam various smoothies of different fruits and berries fresh fruits: peaches, pear, apple, grapes, pineapple, banana, orange blueberries, rasperries, strawberries honeydew, galia, canteloupe or water melon and what about fish? salmon is great with potatoes, cucumber and some lime or lemon

thanks Starla I also needed to hear that I'm probaly where you were 10yrs ago.And had my first intentional meat free day. I had pretezels, Smoothie made with banannas,straw&blueberries,pineapple with rice milk and agave nectar. and ordered my first meal from a vegatarian resturant here in the atl. shared it with my daughter and purchased a copy of Soul Vegatarian Cookbook and Sacred Woman by Queen Afua. PS lunch-eggplant parmesian,mac&cheese,kale, cornbread,salad,carrotcake all meat&dairy free.
Sounds like you are definitely headed in the right direction. I will have to check out the Soul Vegetarian cookbook. Keep at it...you can do it! Keep me posted on your progress and let me know how I can further support you if needed.
