I'm really surprised that a library with such a valuable collection leaves defenseless librarians without security guards and that background checks aren't done on people requesting to see the collection. Poor librarians. One gets tazed and tied up, and the other one felt compelled to chase down a gang of thugs by herself. Those two women should've sued the University for endangering them so needlessly. That's totally unacceptable working conditions!
