@eppic83 Power Metal is about as varied as classic rock. There are tons of different sounding power metal bands. IMO they need to have subgenres for power metal.

@lmnopqrs11 Lol it's even more varied than that. Here are three songs: Listen to "Eternity" by Dark Moor, "The Unforgiving Blade" by Hammerfall, then "Fever Pitch" by Twilightning. Then tell me if you agree there should be a bunch of subgenres lol

The singer has the perfect blend of melody and grittiness, in my opinion.
