Full spectrum bulbs that emit both HPS and MH together. The bulbs alone will run you about $140.00-$160.00 here in Canada.

My choice is SolarMax

Jason0930 I appreciate all your videos keep them coming. Slugnasty100 FOXFARMS is garbage use Black Gold Coco fiber mix or straight switch straight to all Coco fivers you will see improvement. My past use of Foxfarms always gave me increased problems with Spider Mites, I believe it was already in their soil. Since I stopped using that cheap stuff I've had a lot less problems.

I am legal for indoor gardening this said in the past I have used natural elements to grow this said I have basline practice and study. If I were to grow outdoors I would not incriminate myself for I am not lisenced to grow outdoors. I am sure you can undrstand what I am saying.

Science once published is indeed proof from DNA to finger prints for science is based on theories backed by a conclusion from your obsevations, what to derivded to support your case. Our justice system relies bigtime on scientific data as proof not theroy thus we will just agree to disagree on science.

Some science is debunked later for others descover the procedure or conclusion was founded by faulty observations.

We just became incorperated as a Non-Profit Society called The Cannabis in Canada Society regestered as such in the Province of BC Aug 5th 2009.

We hope to finally get our shirts + hoodies made to start fundraising in addition we have travels to Cali, T.O. Canada, and the UK this year into next thus we will need a paper mailing address. The new organic Sushine Mix is a good soil as for Sunshine Mix #1 personally I have never even sceen that bail before all I know is #4 is popular.

I prefer Pro-Mix cut 30% with starter mix sold by Green Planet Wholesale. It is the same soil I did videos on the soil calling it super soil. The company after testing of the soil was completed decided to start to distribute it.

For me it is the best soil additive I have scene making it the best! IMO

@Jason0930 Thats cool man i may order some but there are organic farms here i can get some pretty good stuff from, when i got the #1 i looked on their website, the only differnce i could find was that #1 just has perlite mixed in where as #4 has larger perlite and lime i think?, its workin great so far. thanks for all you do man hope you and your family are happy and healthy

I am not familuar with Fox Farm however if you live in Canada contact me so we can hook up. If you live in BC we could always use help with our Society on the urban front lines of the canabis wars the feds all it a drug war only I do not view cannabis as a addicting drug that should be party to the drug war rather was drug in by years of lies by the feds. @slugnasty100 Stop using Fox Farms their soil is garbage. You will be better off switching to Black Gold Coco Fiber Mix or straight up switch to nothing but Coco Fiber.  You will see an improvement in your plants and most importantly a HUGE REDUCTION of Spider Mite attacks.

The shades are great they come out of the box easy to go. They can only be pluged in with an adapter for the maveric set.

The Ballast they can run 120v or simply change you plug and your running 240v in addition with one switch you can change from MH to HPS making these units truly amazing. I will be running 8 in one room and 6 in the smaller room, the new 14 x 14 area will b built up to 12 lamps rather than 8. We learn as we grow and we grow as we learn!
