When Sasuke met Madara Uchiha, Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan automatically used Amaterasu. Madara later explained that Itachi had implanted Amaterasu in Sasuke's eye to detonate upon seeing Madara's Sharingan

Yeah Tobi and Obito has the same eye with a sharingan intacted, but at that time, Obito's sharingan is still immature and Konoha has been established. Know what I mean? Uchiha Madara was one of the founding fathers of Konoha and the leader of the Uchiha at that time. He's Magenkyou Sharingan is also flawless. You can't expect an immature sharingan to have a Magenkyou Sharingan with perfection and to control a Kyuubi. And that was 80 years ago. Obito still does'nt exist at that time.

Hmmm.....I think Tobi isn't really Madara, or at least he must be Madara using Obito's body ;) Why? Well, why do you think Kishimoto showed only half of his face in the manga? It would be nonsense if at the end, when he shows his real face, it's just an older looking Madara. With this I'm not saying that he's Obito, I just think Tobi is something more than just Madara ^^

Plus, Tobi and Danzou don't have the same hairstyle if you look closer :P
There must be something more to it, if Kishimoto only shows one half of his face.
Do you remember when Sasuke used Amaterasu on him? Tobi lost his mask, but we still couldn't see his real face! And when Kisame and Tobi were talking together, he took his mask off, but Kishmoto STILL didn't show us his face!

-madara has a grudge against the leaf, when itachi died, he said that the leaf is "no longer untouchable", pein came to capture the kyuubi,but until pein finds naruto, he will continue distruction. this is 1 reason why danzou would kill the frog
-remember how kisame called tobi "mizukage"? if i remember right, danzou's "root" ANBU uses the same training method of hidden mist (where leader is mizukage)

-both madara/tobi and donzou hate the senju clan,which includes tsunade(and 3rd hokage, even if they are not related by blood)
and finally:
-remember when tobi said that sasuke "is finally on their side" ? i'm guessing they kinda saw sasuke as a threat and danzou's "root" anbu (sai) planned to assassinate sasuke because he was a threat

Let me clear this up for you noobzorz.
Tobi is just Madara's code name for Akatsuki.
Madara seems to want to hide his identity from Akutsuki. I have no idea why, since he was the founder of it...Madara has only revealed his identity to Kisame and Itachi.
The only reason Madara is still alive is because his vast amount of chakra which is somehow linked to his life span.
Obito is DEAD. D-E-A-D
