Souray did right defending his Captain. Lapierre's spear was dirty and so was Armstrong's hit - it was charging and boarding, no question.

Saku Koivu is quite possibly the most well-respected Captain of any team and any attack on him is going to illicit that type of response. Crosby's a young punk with talent, Koivu's a gentleman on and off the ice, there's a major difference there.
