  • that mechanic chick would last 4 seconds in our garage. she'd see some of the t*tty posters on the walls and run for her life

  • I wonder what she is repairing under the front of that VW bug at 1:08.

The engine is in the rear, the master cylinder is in the driver side wheel well, and that area she is under is just a completely sealed flat metal pannel.

  • @texan176 Clearly, she must be repairing the flat metal panel. XD

  • Love this song so much, what a great album.

  • you should watch the music video for mark lowry's spoof of this song. it's called "every teacher knows my name."

  • Listen to the parody of this song by Mark Lowry. It's called "Every Teacher". Here's a line: "every teacher knows my name, they hear it and go in sane. I can recall all the words they spoke: 'mark your life's gonna be a joke'"

  • Just posting to say I love Satan and I love this song.

  • @Glyvxx Too funny!! Give him/her my best.

  • Love listening to this song. No negative comments here.

  • Is this like a Biblical quotations face-off? Can't you just enjoy reminiscing about how great this was in the '90s?

  • GozerTheGozerian says: You're a fucking retard.

Well then, GozerTheGozerian, what does that make any person who displays profound ignorance of God, and who, when offered eternal life, chooses to spend eternity in hell instead?

God says (Psalm 14:1): 1 The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good.

  • If you believe in God, do not ignore his grace. We have all sinned and need forgiveness. My ex cheated on me, I pray for her soul. Hearts change, pray for them. Jesus dies so that all could be saved, honor his wishes.

  • @Sween9261 No, I am not a gnostic. I believe people can repent. I pray they do as they grow and learn. I pray my ex repents. Pray for people not against them. Our focus should be on salvation not condemnation. Be well.

  • Again, pray for repentence. You ask if it is impossible to recover someone, through God all things are possible. Pray for what is possible. We are not condemned for praying that others are saved. Focus on salvation, not being right.

  • Shame on you. Do not judge others, give God that right. Pray for others. That is what you are told to do by God. You need to stop trying to be him. Pray for others. You are not God. Shame on you.

God decides what is impossible. Not you. He decides what is not recoverable. Not you. Not me. By the way, the ex, read Corinthians, she left I forgave. She made new vows. I did not.

  • plntynot says: "God decides what is impossible. Not you."

Shame on you, plntynot! You blab your mouth in false judgment without reading what God says about it! If you won't read the Scripture cited, what good is it? If you cannot hear God's Word, if you do not heed Him, then all His guidance is in vain.

Why do you think, plntynot that your word should supersede God's Word?

Perhaps your god is not "yod, he, vau, he, shin, vau, ayin".

P.S. To God, there are no such things as "new vows."

  • @Sween9261 I make no judgements and neither should you. God does just fine and does not need our help. I do not claim my word supercedes. I said pray for sinners. Do you not believe in grace or redemption? Your anger and bitterness come out in all you say. I do not know if Ms. Grant has repented, I pray she does.

Perhaps you can tell us what you expect from her. Her husband cannot accept her back, she has made promises to another. He is not allowed to take her back.

  • @Sween9261 You make yourself a judger. How sad for you. He judges. Jesus was aksed to sum up the bible. He said to love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself. You do neither. You love your words. I am done with you. You can enjoy being a judge. Be careful what you wish for. Your may get it. No, you will.

  • stare ale jare =]

  • -.-

Can't ya'll just enjoy the with video/song without getting into a freaking biblical debate?

  • Comment removed

  • Why dont you 2 let God be the ultimate- merciful, loving, forgiving, yet jealous judge AND GOD that He is. Neither of you truly know His ultimate decision and THAT is the truth. Im sure He has more work for you to tend to than argue with another believer who has slightly diff interpretations of the Bible.. which NONE of us have the TOTAL & COMPLETE meaning of sitting on our table. God left some mystery for a reason. So we would live by faith. Get on with your lives. There is more to be done!!!!

  • too true!!

  • well said!

  • @cdgh99, and so we come full circle...

God's Word convicts, and sin condemns.

Instead of heeding the Word of God, instead of repenting, the unrepentant adulteress Herodias called for the head of the messenger of God, and then went to hell.

It is not the least bit loving to stand idly by while unrepentant sinners march in disobedience to hell, and lead others to the same sin and the same fate.

You are totally deceived when you believe you can have your sin and salvation too (Mark10:21-22).

  • Why do you spend so much time publicly condemning her?

  • cdgh99 says: condemning her?

Ah but, cdgh99, you nor I can condemn anyone! Gods Word convicts, sin condemns.

God says (John12:48-49): He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him; the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.

Whoever rejects His Word (incl. 1Cor7:10), who breaks His commandments is judged accordingly.

  • Yup, zero evidence of any love in you.

    cdgh99 got it

  • You are totally deceived when you believe you can have your sin and salvation too (Mark10:21-22).

  • 1991, memories of my first job in the summer. Miss my college years!

  • give me a freakin ...born again wackos

  • cdgh99 says: "We all get it, she is going to Hell....lets all move on"

Okay, cdgh99, let's move on to where you are going.

Christ Jesus says (John8:24): "Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I AM, you will die in your sins."

If He is Who He says He is, you will die in your sins. Do you know what that means?

  • Lets not move on to where i'm going cause it is not your business. My sins are not your business.

I prefer to read the Bible, not to read a selection of quotes chosen by you on a Any Grant video on YouTube.

  • cdgh99 says: My sins are not your business.

Well, cdgh99, then I suppose God has other injured parties in mind or is wasting His breath when He says (Luke 17:1-2) or when He gives His disciples the Great Commission, or tells us to pray for you.

Given your attitude of isolation, perhaps you can answer this philosophical question: when two people have sexual relations, is it possible for only one to commit adultery?

  • Once again i prefer to read Bible quotes in the context of the Bible not on a youtube video.

  • cdgh99 says: i prefer to read Bible quotes in the context of the Bible

Well then, cdgh99, by all means do!! And then answer the question I asked you about (John 8:24).

Also, please, put on your very best exegesis, and tell us which of the many, many Scriptural passages that I have referenced would have their clear meaning and unmistakable message changed in any way by your putting them into what you call "context."

God's Word is eternal and unchanging.

  • I have no argument with the quotes themselves, i just wonder why you use them? Why not use passages like "love one another as i have loved you"?

I clearly understand your position thats why i say things like "she is going to hell, we get it."

What i don't understand about you is why you are spending so much energy on this? Why not just pray privately to God for her? Why this public condemnation? Please answer some of those questions.

  • Once again my sins are not YOUR business. Only mine and Gods

  • cdgh99 says (for the 3rd time): Once again...

But, cdgh99, no matter how many times you repeat something in error, something contrary to God's Word, you cannot make it true.

The Scripture that I cited supports the point that you are not an island.

Why have you refused to answer the rhetorical questions I asked you, including: When two people have sexual relations, is it possible for only one to commit adultery?

Why should someone pray for Amy, but not for you. Could it be (Heb6:4-6)?

  • I say "once again" because you don't understand my view. That is regarding forgiveness.

I understand your point. I have no arguments with Bible quotes you have used. Pray for me if you wish.

Rhetorical questions dont get answers because they are statements.

  • cdgh99 says: I say 'once again' because you don't understand my view.

No, cdgh99, you repeat "once again" because you either don't understand God's Word, or you reject Him.

Rhetorical questions are to induce thought to lead to an answer/conclusion, but if you refuse to consider the question, how can you come to any answer? You did not read (Heb6:4-6), did you?

Given Amy's rejection of (Mark10:12) and (1Cor7:10-11), then (Heb10:26) pertains, so that God's direction at (1John5:16) would apply.

  • No i DO say once again because you don't understand my view! As i have said i do understand your view. It is you who doesn't understand forgiveness.

Again i ask why do you not pray privately. Why condemn so publicly?

  • @cdgh99, did you read (1John5:16)? There is the answer to your first question.

Did you read (Luke17:1-2)? See the answer to your second question, plus the Great Commission and (Rev3:16).

You see, cdgh99, if you would heed God's Word, and not just falsely conclude that Christian apologists have not encountered your view thousands of times before, you might not keep repeating error with the false assumption that your repetition can make it true.

Do you believe in salvation without repentance?

  • (1Cor 6:9): Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor malakos, nor arsenokoites [will inherit the Kingdom of God].

(James 4:4): Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

    Consequence of on-going adultery: (Heb 10:26), (2Peter 2:20-22), (Heb 6:4-6).

  • We all get it, she is going to hell.....now can you move on and get over it

  • Pull the beam out of your own eye, so that you can see clearly you own obvious multitude of sins. Acknowledge that are a sinner, and cast out the jealousy, hatred, envy, the malice that you have shown, and show the world what a real Christian acts like. You will THEN be able to reach people with love and kindness and prayer. They will be attracted to that and actually listen to you.

  • Unrepentant sinners reject God's Word, or attempt to ignore Him, deny Him, hide from Him, or claim that He does not exist. As they clutch to their sin, they seek to justify it, or to claim it is not sin, or to covet the world's support.

But, God is not mocked. He calls for repentance, and He describes exactly what we see among some adulterers here.

(2Tim4:3): For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears...

  • God says (Mark10:12): If a woman divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.

Did Amy divorce her husband to "marry" another woman's husband?

God commands (1Cor7:10): To the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband.

Is Amy unmarried or reconciled to her husband?

Repentance means to turn from sin. No repentance means (Heb 10:26) pertains.

  • Comment removed

  • Sween9261 YES. Repentance does mean turning from sin.

    WHEN will you begin?

"For God is not the author of confusion, but of PEACE"

    Where is yours?

Why do you stir up trouble when you could be praying for people and lifting them up instead?

Why are you so hateful and always calling people names?

Why do you transfer you own corruption onto other people and then judge them my misusing scripture?

Why do so many people keep asking you those same questions?

Oh that WAS a scary one!

  • Sweenitch, read all of Mark 10. comprehend the story he is telling. You can be blind spiritually and you can be blind physically. It is easier to accept being blind physically than being blind spiritually. The boy didn't get the point he was trying to make. The blind man knew nothing other than blindness. When he was set free from his illness, he knew everything but to follow Jesus...drrr. Sweenitch...get the story.you only get sentences out to meet your need like the boy,Janis, hiding?

  • Twofry paraphrases the sole Bible quote known by most atheists (and unrepentant adulterers): judge not lest you be judged.

But, God says (John 7:24): "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment."

Also, (1Cor 6:3): Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?

God told the woman caught in adultery to go and sin no more; He did not tell her to go on committing adultery if it felt good, made her rich and happy.

  • And he also told Janis to not use AKA Sweenitch as an alias to bash Amy for marrying Vince Gill too!....ain't that so, Sween...you talk with self selected sentences from the Bible, but can't back it up with your own walk in Christ...cuz, there ain't any. Just a mad, angry, old bitch posting revenge on a person that has done nothing but good for music. It is the pure in heart that is always confronted, that later turn the other cheek. Maybe that is why Vince married her.

  • K says: She gives you the warm fuzzies

Too bad, k, that hell has no warm fuzzies -- rather only those who loved warm fuzzies more than they loved God.

Christ Jesus says (John14:23-4): "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Fathers who sent Me."

Lying adulteresses have no inheritance in God's Kingdom (1Cor6:9).

  • Sween, they also say judge not, lest you be judged.

Let Amy answer for her own sins, and you keep to your own house.

  • Twofry says: keep to your own house.

But, Twofry, I don't think that's what Christ Jesus said to John the Baptist concerning Herodias.

When the opponents of Gods Word wanted Christ Jesus' disciples to shut up, Christ Jesus said to them (Luke 19:40): I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.

It is not possible to silence nor hide from God's Word.

  • The bible also tells me that if my wife can't give me children, i can sleep with her best friend. Picking and choosing what to believe is tricky, no?

  • Twofry claims: The bible also tells me if my wife can't give me children, i can sleep with her best friend.

But, Christ Jesus instructs (Mark10:5-8): Because of the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.

To be ignorant of God's Word and devoid of the Holy Spirit is to be spiritually blind.

  • Welll...back to the same verse you keep bring up about the wealthy boy not giving up his riches...he healed the blind man and he follow Jesus. With this said, he can heal those that are spiritually blind as well. It is called forgiveness and disearnment.

  • Awesome point Twofry!

  • Yep...long ago..Jesus told the adultress to get up and sin no more...I see no sin here...only you Sweenitch. You see sin as that is what you want to happen. Though, Amy confessed and now possesses life with Vince, one that is happy and free from sin.

  • Hay....we have the copying and pasting person again on this channel. Is there any Amy video on any channel that "this" someone doesn't post something about Amy Grant? Gees...It is so tiring...it is like watching the entire men's ice skating on Wide World of Sports....

  • Yay! I LOVE Amy Grant! Her music always makes me so happy!

  • @Odonnolly Me too! Odonnolly! She gives you the warm fuzzies that make you yell...hallelujah!
