@heath271 i used store bought foam on this pattern but you could just as easily glue some craft foam together yourself...the width of the foam should be about the width of the gap of the hook...hope this helps...thanks for watching...

it's actually easy to cast being that it doesn't hold any water...the bullet head also helps to punch it into the wind...thanks for the compliments bud...

Great fly and you are obviously a talented tyer. Is the yarn indicator even necessary? Seems like you could see that fly from orbit without it.
