Great memories from Fort Homer Hesterly Armory in Tampa, Florida------ "The House that Rhodes built"! Pak Song always reminded me of a great big french fry! Great posting! This was back in the good ol' days when the house lights would be turned off when the wrestling match began and the only lights shining were those above the ring. It really added to the atmosphere of the evening!
Thanks so much. I've been wanting to see the face turn of Dusty Rhodes for a long time. I remember seeing Murdoch and Rhodes as villains back in the early 70s in Kansas City. The next time I saw Rhodes he was the darling of Atlanta on the Superstation. It is fantastic to see this.\
The American Dream was born on this night. He later became the most charamistic wrestler of the 70"s, 80"s & 90's. Long Live The American Dream the People"s Champ.
