I do the same drills but the iphone idea is very good. Pressing the timer all the time gets old after a while. Great Video!

I forgot to ask you if you are still competing. Its been awhile since you posted any new videos. That small target was really hard at first now I'm getting used to it I find that I can index faster with one had.

you using an ipod for this training?
i use another program set up with my projector that works on target drive and trigger pull. look for it on the burkett sight.
