It was a lighter weight workout with a lot of different exercises for back only. It was a lot of sets with a usual number of reps but it was done very continuous over almost 2 hrs. I don't recall exact numbers now. A very exhausting workout but certainly one that would also build conditioning.

man...where have u been since silvio arrived at the states?I mean, he's done incredibly great at all the shows he's been in, and he is a rookie!!!;I mean he's recently got his pro card and has amazed everyone in the industry.If silvio's body is not made for this sport, then i don't know who's is.(what has Hidetada achieved...?)

silvio has allways had trouble contrilling his mid-section.
he did a better job in the 07 Mr.O though.
his muscle bellies are extremely round which adds a thick appearence to his physique
