Most likely Nolan has chosen Talia Al Ghul, Vicky Vale or Selina Kyle (before she becomes Catwoman) for the new love interest. Harley is out because Joker will not be replaced. All the presented actresses are too old to be Barbra Gordon (Batgirl). Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy) may be possible but it doesn't really fit Nolan's style. Overall, the main villain is probably not a female villain, although Nolan may introduce Catwoman at the end of his film like he did with the joker in Batman Begins.
