  • haha wow nice essay :P lol and yea i'm just talking about these bratty kids that cause too much trouble to the point it's REALLY annoying.

  • @DaSparky221 I think a lot about a lot of things and am very in depth. Being concise is so difficult for me. IF you read all of that I thank you muchly! I'm trying to listen better, and it's working somewhat but isn't helping with my concise-ness.

Well that's what shit society created from centuries of bad parenting/teaching. It's an epidemic.

  • @CatFlashBlue I do read all of your comments and I totally agree with you on that last statement!

  • @DaSparky221 Well thank you then! I can be a bitter realist when I hit roadblocks and can't find a way to help people/society. Otherwise I guarantee you fully I am an optimist.

  • @CatFlashBlue Yea it can be hard a lot of times and lol I believe you :)

  • You seem very smart for your age. I stumbled upon your channel after your amazing argument you had about music for on Inception soundtrack :) I do believe that children need to be children because you're that age only once in your life. They should be allowed to play and express creativity. However, I do not think they should be told EVERYTHING right off the bat.

  • @DaSparky221 The reason I am so smart for my age is because I viciously fought as a child to learn as much as I could- I would not let anyone put blinders on me.

Everyone should be allowed to play and be creative, not just children. Everyone should have full knowledge of the world around them because knowledge is POWER- the more you know the better you can work with it, and the more informed decisions you can make. I'm surprised that clearly none of my video got through to you in any sense.

  • @CatFlashBlue No, I understood what you said. I do believe that people like yourself can handle it, but I know a LOT of immature kids that would laugh at some information and not take it seriously. You are someone that an handle the truth as to what is out there. I know a few kids in my neighborhood that learned about sex in 1st grade. They lost their virginity before they reached middle school and they brag about it and cause so much drama.

  • @DaSparky221 A part of their immaturity is because we censor them. Those kids that brag about losing their virginity do it because they want to prove they can handle sex. They want to prove they're worthy of knowing what their parents kept from them. I know it well because I did it too when I was 9 and 10 years old. The other part of their immaturity is simply because they haven't been around long enough. The doody jokes are still fresh and new to them. Honestly, because we've never tried to

  • @DaSparky221 (cont'd) show them this info and be open with them, we don't know how a vast majority of kids will react. Further more, much of who they are IS tailored by centuries and centuries of parental censorship. I imagine as we first start to show our kids the world and teach them that at first we won't know what the hell anybody is doing. I've treated kids with respect many times before and just told them the truth, no demeaning or dumbing down, and have only gotten good results.

  • @DaSparky221 (cont'd) So if this becomes a massive cultural shift, there will be this elusive time period where kids may not respond very well because we raise them to be dumb. We say "don't worry about that, just be a kid". And so you have to remember that all the generations of teenagers, adults, seniors, were once kids raised to be dumb, and somehow with luck got out of it (some don't recover). They, like you, have the convinced perception that kids won't be able to handle heavy truths.

  • @DaSparky221 (cont'd). Because they- the adults, seniors, and teenagers- recall back to how immature they were as kids. But nobody knows how much of that immaturity is caused by society and how much is in your DNA. The smaller percentage of immaturity in the average child's DNA, then the easier this shift will be. It may take decades to reverse the "dumb side affect" of censoring our children. But it will only be as little as decades if the teachers are certain of what they are doing.

  • @CatFlashBlue It's kids like them that cannot process what you can.. You know?

  • @DaSparky221 And no, I don't know. Because I was one of them. I can make an educated guess that the reason those kids obsess over sex is to prove they're mature enough to handle it. And is it any coincidence that society tried to keep sex from them? Even if they learned about it in 1st grade, that doesn't mean that there weren't people out there trying to prevent them from learning about sex- they still had a high amount of censorship that propelled them into this. Me and my friends did it.

  • @DaSparky221 Thanks for reading all that... I'm working on being more concise so I probably cut my "speech" in half. Also I want you to know I'm not angry, but ridiculously excited... and opinionated. If you can provide me with a good counter-argument, it'll help me form my opinions more realistically. I'm the only person with this opinion on this topic, which involves a lot of "diving into the unknown" to figure out if it works. Anywhoozel, thanks for your help.

  • @DaSparky221 Seriously, your comment isn't just HARMLESS. It's dangerous, severely dangerous. You have no idea how hard I had to fight, for myself and my peers, to learn as much as we could. We are not shown rape, murder, theft, etc. We cannot handle it as a society because in our best years- the years where our brain sucks information up like a sponge, we're just ignored. How stupid it is to ever, ever withhold info. I'm repeating myself for no good reason. Why do you still believe that?

  • you make good videos

sorry i used a zillion comments but i dont care

  • @MrRedneckfishgitter I'll just reply to all of them. It's so in your character to use a lot of comments anyways. I like this video but overall I'm starting to think I'm too boring for Youtube. This is annoying... I put a heck of a lot of work into all of this. And I can't even tell if it's good or not because not enough people have accidentally stumbled on the channel yet.

  • i dont want to be a normal held back kid

i had a power drill at 5 workbench at 4 changed oil at 4

    i bet you havent

brakin' the mold FOR THE WIN

  • we (children) are getting screwed it is a vicious circle

    examples

    earn responsibility

  • humper gatherer

  • f**k cecorship

  • @MrRedneckfishgitter irony win

  • @MrRedneckfishgitter This one is the best.

  • Funny. That's exactly how I was thinking of treating my children, once I have them.

And what if there are no sandboxes around? Should we play in the woodchips and make a castle by stacking them like Lincoln Logs instead? 'Cause I'd do that.

I have to ask: is it okay to tell children "You can't play with the big kids" b/c we don't want them to get hurt? (Like jumping on a trampoline; my cousins do all these crazy flips and such, and we'll always tell his little sister to stay off.)

  • @RaidenTatsu Great idea with the wood chips!

There's a lot of grey area because the whole point of censorship, in general, is to protect people from danger/hurt etc.

Perhaps not stay off the trampoline, but no crazy flips. How did your cousins learn the flips? I assume trial and painful error. Perhaps you/they could teach her the proper flipping form =D

All age groups should mingle more to learn how to play together so clashing like this doesn't happen.

  • @CatFlashBlue Alright, cool! Now I just need to break into my old elementary to get to them! :D

By jumping off the roof of the guest house right next to the trampoline, onto the trampoline. But they've since moved from that house. At least two or three times now. :P

I was in History last Friday taking a test, but had to leave half-way to talk to my counselor and I an elementary class with a high school class together out in one of the quads. I don't know what they were doing, but by the time

  • @CatFlashBlue it was lunch, there were a bunch of these paper chains hanging off the trees. Y'know, like a loop of paper attached to another, attached to another. My old elementary teacher would have us make those to count down how many days of school were left at the end of the year; we'd rip one more off each day.

And Mr. Wagner has mentioned a bunch of times now this year that all the bands should mingle with the elementary bands and have some sort of concert/music group get-together.
