How to put in stud earrings and french (hook) earrings

i changed my earrings at the end of 5 weeks my ears are fine

It's been 5 weeks since I got mine peirced and I wanna take out my stud earring and put in a diamond earring but pol say to leave ur stud earring in for more than 6 weeks
