i wish i knew how to partition correctly. ill think im doing it, then ill see a video where you cant even tell hes charging and i realize i can't do it. you should post a video explaining in detail how to do it
try starting with this; do a coupla strong punches (just far whiffs) and hold back during each one (while the animation's going, charge, then release). if u do that right you should be able to just hit forward after and a button and a light of virtue'll come out
