That's what people need to realize. If murderers, rapists, crazed gunmen, kidnappers, and others who commit violent crimes like those were killed either immediately in situations such as this or after their trials and convictions, A) we'd save a lot of money, B) the prisons would be a lot less crowded C) there would be no such thing as a repeat offender D) pieces of shit who commit such crimes would think long and hard about committing them in the first place.

Sounds very suspicious to me. He just happened to overpower his 'kidnapper' when the other guy was killed. I wonder if the police did a check to see if Arce-Flores knew the guy who was shot.
