The commentary posted by the poster of this vid is ridiculous. While playing is what these pilots are doing, keep in mind that they are playing at exactly what it is they are trained to do. In going out there and enjoying themselves blasting along at low levels, they are also becoming better at exactly what it is their county pays them to do.
If it was a valid training mission most likely 480 Knot, ie 8 NM/min (552 MPH). At least thats the norm fly within designated low level routes. However this is completely against US military regulations. If caught, at a minimum one would lose their wings. Although I believe a Navy Blue Angel solo A/C did get just as low during Fleet Week in San Francisco a while back.

Even if they are doing it just because they are bored, its good combat practice to do low flying along the sea. It keeps you below the radar up until you are right on the enemy. Its the same tactic the IDF used in the Six Day War when they utterly powned the Egyptian air forces.

You must be interverting Mph (Miles per hour) and KpH (Kilometers per hour).
They go at 915 KpH, but you must divide by 1,8 to get an approached value of the spped in mph.
So it give 500mph (more or less).

If it was a valid training mission most likely 480 Knot, ie 8 NM/min (552 MPH). At least thats the norm fly within designated low level routes. However this is completely against US military regulations. If caught, at a minimum one would lose their wings. Although I believe a Navy Blue Angel solo A/C did get just as low during Fleet Week in San Francisco a while back.

waht the french dont know, is that teh germans love secrets in airforces. They take the typhoon home, all think its hte same, but they upgrade it in secrecy. I reallywonder if that mig29 little usprise was a stronger radar or a jammer or sth.. the mirage looks sleak, too bad they dont make an upgrade package, thrust vector, supercruise, bvr bvr bvr, jam jam jamordie and maybe better materials here andthere. letssee 500 units plus could make profit. french airforce in ww1 was there too, the americans came in unarmed and untrained and used some french materials.
Also in ww2, free french air force flew in ussr, and in the british air force.

Hmm, I don't remember we have a plane named Super Thunder in our air force. Maybe you were speaking about the Super Etendard (in French, "Tendard"'s pronounciation is very close to english "Thunder" pronounciation, so the Super etendard is almost said "Super Ethunder")

Even if they are doing it just because they are bored, its good combat practice to do low flying along the sea. It keeps you below the radar up until you are right on the enemy. Its the same tactic the IDF used in the Six Day War when they utterly powned the Egyptian air forces.

De toute façon l'armée américaine est nulle à chier ! Ils ont énormément de moyens financier et beaucoup d'idées parce qu'ils ont peur de se battre !
