Thank you. I finally found someone with a video that allows me to see what they're doing. I now like the twisting method better than the braiding-my hair is tighter at the roots. Now I'm looking forward to finishing the rest of my hair (instead of paying someone $100-$200). I'm glad you put those nice pics at the end, too.

@DatChicxxCute01 U should use marley braid hair and no products just make sure you are twisting both pieces before you twist them together (double twisting).

What kind of hair is usually used for kinky twists. I noticed the hair you used is the normal braiding hair. What hair is typically used other than kanekalon and human hair? The hair I am referring to looks a little more twisted. Also, how do you curl the ends? (Hot water and rods?)

mine took 7 in a half hours (depends on how fast the person is and how long/many breaks you take) and for hair i use the human hair which had cost me 25 dollars a pack (you need more then 1 pack)

you can always braid the end and dip themin hot water....that has been boiled....then take the braid out and it will be crinkled

this works great!!! i did my hair a while back using your video and it worked great. but i had to like burn my ends (which took for ever) because they kept coming loose , so i was wondering if you had and suggestions as far as the ends go. i did use perm rods but can i use another method that you know of for before i curl my ends?

Yes use Kanakelon hair and u stop twisting the ends then when u finish ur full head u roll the ends with perm rods and dip them in hot water. the hair cost 4.99 to 5.99 a bag u will need at least 4.
