it was that north korean girl that helped him sun hwa. if you watch the movie version as well, there is an extra bit at the end, where she walks into the good north korean guy's new office and kills him. then it shows hyun jun's death scene and zooms out to show a bot on the ocean and on that boat is sun hwa, lying on the deck with a sniper and checking to see if hyun jun was dead. then she called mr black and reported the kill and left.
