  • a true stylist

  • wonderful pictures!!!

  • Actually, this is a Spring '69 recording.... What has been isolated is Ringo's drum track from May 2, 1969 and Paul's bass overdub from May 5, 1969. Once Abbey Road was well and truly started on July 2, 1969, "Something", and the other songs started earlier in '69 ("I Want You (She's So Heavy)", "Oh! Darling", Octopus's Garden" and "You Never Give Me Your Money") were all completed during July/August 1969.

  • I want to see more Abby rd rare photos!

  • SO Great!!!

  • Definitely one of Paul's top 5 Bass lines.

  • Damn those drums sound unbelievable. I can set my watch Ringo's time keeping.

  • It sounds like an entirely different song with just drums and bass. It's cool.
