i managed to make my helicopter fly with only the same stuff you use for a vehicle, except i moved the path itself UP in the air.

i was just putting random shit in a flowgraph with 2 ai and a tank and when i spawned one ai got in tank ran over other one and shot me

to zoom in and out you have to use the mouse wheel and by the way if you right click and hold then drag around the chart moves for you

Yo dude, you could have done it much easier! Just do the EXACT same thing as for AI entering a CAR, then just take the AI path and put it up some meters in the sky. A helicopter does fly, it doesn't hover ;)

dude there is a much, much easiar way to make a helicopter fly... Really all you have to do is make the guys get in the helicopter just like the ad ai to vehicle tutorial and then just script the helicopter into the air...

you may want to open the files of ai and vehicles first using the database view.

You need to load the packs. Go do your DataBase View and open the Korean_New and Vehicles packs.

around 7:17 you look like you are having trouble panning the screen, just right click and hold and move your mouse around and it will move the screen. try it.

I just thought if you add friendly AI to a vehicle like a helicopter could you make it so the AI path is triggered when the player enters the vehicle?

well you COULD... but it would take some experimenting with flow graphs. ive only made 1 flow graph from scratch... and its based on this tutorial(sort of...) where a friendly ai gets in a boat.

You can... Run SandBox then Click on "File" ->"Open" and open your campaign map. then click on "View" -> "Open Viev Pane" -> "DataBase Viev" and add Helicopter or Tank to mission. i do that with "Nuke Tank" on first level "Contact_Crysis" . its in folder "Island"

go to AI and click every thing that starts with generate

duno.. i have good pc for crysis.runing on hihg good. i tried run it on lowest.. looks kinda same just with out shadow..lighting //effect things. anyway its how it looks on mine .and its kinda anoying all this long way to put enemys in heli. i not complaining about ur tutorial. i complain abou the ones who made it be this way..culd be realy easeir then this. like right click on heli-Put enemy in-choose place 1-6..-choose enemy and thats all

use the rotate tool lol, go to switch to rotate mode,up the top next to move mode. ;)
