I'm also editing skins now, but there's something I didn't manage till now, At the character selecting screen you can choose your skin, but if you don't know WHICH NUMBER your skin has you have to guess because the colored backgrounds don't fit anymore. Is there a way to edit them, too? I didn't find them till now :-(

When i dl a skin, it was designed to fit an specific color, i got some cool ones, but they were made as an example, both in color 1, i want to change one of those to color 2, but the game crashes, any idea?
i've been forwarded to download skins from your DA page like jill valentine, claire, sheva and chris but the download icon has a rar file which contains only the original picture and no other data did I do something wrong with the download or did I get directed to the wrong place. I found your skin mods by sf4mods.
I've only got a few skins to work but they aren't yours which is a shame cause yours is the best.
sorry but this is a nooby question as I don't really use photoshop much but how did make those multiple layers? I tried duplicating the layers but it didn't work..
ok did you get the ms powertools and install them? once you do that, you should be able to shift+right click in the same some folder with offzip, a folder and the emz you want to modify the type in the command. offzip.exe -m 16 -a -z -15 *the name of the file* *name of the folder the file will be unzipped to* 0
that's a good idea 2 make a video & maybe in the future u will show how 2 make a simple mod in photoshop(some maybe don't have a clue how to edit anything with it)like adding another colours,u know the simple skins made step by step!

I infuse, and change name but my dat file is the same (dat file) no (emz), i did it like you but pf... help please?

you have to go to your folder options and check "Show known file extensions" and it should work

on the bottom of the layers tab,one of those buttons is "create a new layer" if you hold you cursor over each button it will tell you what it does.
