@firebro4life A lot of people are, but from what I heard, Arika and Capcom don't get along. That's kind of why other characters appeared in other things.
From what I also hear, Arika has barely made things. They are currently making Nintendo-console games.
@sketcha09 Well Arika DID make a Megaman.EXE game for Capcom so I don't really think there is bad blood between the two (but I should mention that Arika is made up of former Capcom employees). I will say this though it would be nice to see Arika's Fighters in a new fighting game or for Arika's EX Characters to make an apperance in a Street Fighter title once again, bonus points for some Fighting Layer characters too! XD
@firebro4life And technically, he is an ARIKA character. So is Blair Dame. That's why Allen and Blair have never been in any other Street Fighter or Namco games as well.
I like how this guy's first name is the name of the main antagonist of the Akira anime.
