Flesh and Blood, Native Tongue, Look what the cat dragged in, Open up and say ahh...that was the original idea i had on my order of favorite poison albums. i used to hate this one but i had only heard a few tracks. now i love it! but im sorry Blues Saraceno is a great player but CC will always be the Poison sound and one the biggest influences on my guitar playing personally.
I think that CC and Blues and Kotzen all brought a different feel to the band.....
who is better??hhmmmm couldnt' say but I can tell you this this CD was indeed the best they've had to date....cat dragged in, open up, flesh and poisond although is a covers album are all also great the other compilations and native tongue are ok but not as great as the ones above..
Intrinsically the best Poisin CD - Richie Kotzen and Blues Saraceno are more talented and capable than CC. Sorry, just a fact. If you play guitar you can easily recognize the nuance and talent. Too bad Poison was type cast. Their best material came later than sooner - they got better with time. This song is the start of a very good CD overall.
