The game starts a week BEFORE the events of Halo 1 and ends at the beginning of Halo 1. But they managed to add elites, super cruisers, armor abilities, unseen weapons, and tons of random shit to the campaign. Yet you see none of that stuff in Halo 1. If they were going to try and add Reach to the series they should've kept it in line with Halo 1 instead of adding new shit.

@a7xpwns666 First I want to say that halo 2 was soo disappointing. the fact that there were boss battles and the assault rifle was gone, the flood had sucked, and the last level you played as arbiter. The fact is that if they did not do something creative for the latest halo game, it would be kinda boring and maybe repetitive. However, the storyline in itslef wasn't my favorite and it made the characters seem average instead of being the star of the show like MC.

Well halo reach is already a complete copy of halo3 (different campaign)

And halo 1 is way better than halo 3.

Halo 3 in online is nothing like halo 1.

Halo 3 gives the idea to players that if I have something that is more powerful, you either have to get something more powerful or just die.

In halo 1, that wasn't it. If you were good, the weapons you had on could destroy anyone.
