Hey, how did staying away from the scale work out? Part of the reason weight plateaus can be that when you build muscle and tone up, you gain muscle mass which keeps your weight up, when in fact you're getting much healthier.
I was in the same situation to where I weighed the same through my healthy journey. However I learned stress (college n etc) is why I wasn't losing it because stress creates estrogen hormones which contribute to fat.So I apply stress relief techniques & take a stress B-complex w/ iron vitamin. So far its been helping and I am more energized and seeing a complete difference in weight lose. I went from 150 to 138. My goal is to be between 110-120 since I am 5Ft tall. Pilates help a lot as well.
The Body Rock Tv workouts are great for busy days! Are you doing 1 workout everyday? Or more? And are you noticing results as if you were doing 1hour of regular workout?
@racional They are great over all. Its the only workout i am doing at the moment. I do 1 day they are intensive and if you are pushing at your maximum effort you should see great results.
I know exactly how you feel . Im getting abit hood on tbe scale weight too. Im trying to loose weight but im gaining. I walk an hour a day an I sweat alot. But im always so hungry... So im trying to find ways to work on that.
@bugzbabyg Try doing some stregth training exercises. Muscles helps you burn fat take a look at body rock.tv. They will help you build muscle and you don't need a lot of equipment if any at all
