Microsoft has announced a new "Hot Holidays Car Pack," which will hit Marketplace on December 8. The pack is set to include several 2010 model cars, specifically some super cars and "purpose-built" racing cars. The bulk of the pack's cars are wrapped in secrecy, though Microsoft did tease that one of them will be the Ferrari 458 Italia. Furthermore, the Audi S4 will be offered as a free download to entice players to download the premium content.

Ask Forza developers yourself, the range for each car in FM3 is 250 000 - 300 000 polygons. Only fans would exaggerate about how many polygons FM3 has compared to GT5.

I like Forza the way it is. I'm sure I would've got it if I had a 360. I agree with you, I don't see the point of fighting and debating. Each platform has its own simulation and that's what's good about it.

I've played Forza 2 before, and coming from somone who's played GT for a while, I'd say it's amazing. And I wouldn't say which is better because they're both simulation, detailed and fun.

i have an xbox 360 (not a ps3) and I think to be fair and honest, gt5 will beat forza 3, but it's because when gt5 comes out, forza 3 would b considered "an old game".

If gran turismo, and forza released their games at the same time

forza = gran turismo

but, soon gran turismo will leave forza in it's dust because of it's CPU/GPU capabilities. Take unchartered 2 for example, it opened doors to ps3's potential.

Bottom line- To xbox users: love forza dont hate GT and vice versa -ps3

@djoutcry Totally agree overall. If you love cars and you are a true racing fan, you will buy both games. If you want to be stuck up and only buy one when you have the option for both, you couldn't even try to call yourself a racing fan/car lover in my opinion. By the way, Uncharted 2 didn't open the doors to the PS3's potential. It completely maxed out the PS3's power. The developers said themselves. Check if you don't believe me. Games will most likely not look better than U2 this generation.

NOPE! the kaido one is...this is cgi with in-game environment assests.....don't expect Forza to have GT like graphics in Forza ever......

But expect great physics, community,online play, car customazation in Forza game.....

Ferrari Fanatic, the Forza 3 guys obviously saw the 458 before all of us. This is a huge marketing opportunity for Ferrari, look at how this trailer spread all over the web in one day. That kind of exposure is priceless - you think Ferrari are gonna say, "No you have to wait for Frankfurt like everyone else"?

Yes! I am so glad they put this car in Forza 3.

The thing is that the first public viewing of the 458 was on September 9 at Fiorino. I doubt that the guys at forza have even seen one in flesh yet unless they went to frankfurt. So I don't know how accurate they can make this to the real thing. Ferrari hasn't even confirmed the 0-60 time yet.
