So I'm listening, and I turn it up louder since it sounds nice and mellow. So I'm getting nice and relaxed and then suddenly, this woodpecker drills me in the brain.... lol! Did that catch anyone else off guard?

@RasmusDog, 3D sound or binaural sound is a recording that was recorded using two microphones separated by about the distance from one ear to the other, therefore, when you listen to these sounds using headphones, each headphone reproduces a slightly different sound to each of your ears. So, if you were to listen 3D sounds of a fly or a bee, you would be able to say from which direction they are buzzing from (left or right...) hence the "3D" effect.

@owner0007 The reason why you thought it had too much animal noises was because when you are walking in the forest animals tend to hush up a bit because you are foreign and scary.
