Awesome weight loss! You can do even more by monitoring what you eat and you're on the right track by cutting down the pizza. Do you mean 3x for the whole month, or 3x/week? I can't wait to see how much you lose as you keep up the walking and water and keep away from soda AND start cutting out the junk (didn't you cut out most fast food a few months ago?). I am 6'1 close to 6'2... I have had folks telling me that I do not look 500 or 400 for years but I am very strong and I have a ton of muscle under my fat. I eat it 3 time a week now.
Duke, have you ever tried Propel fitness water? It's almost like Crystal Light, but it tastes lighter and not as chemical-ish...(is that a word??? hehe) anyway, it's got way less calories than Gatorade.

Propel I have tried it and do not like it, I will drink plain water. I do not drink much Gatorade. Just more than I used to.
