I have notice that in many of these videos of jets (especially Lear's) that both the pilot and copilot seem to place their hands on the throttle levers. I don't understand that procedure.
Haha I was just at FXE the other day visiting a mechanic, we had an alternator light come on during our climb out from PMP. FXE is such a beautiful airport
Thank you ZaurisLJ25 for your response. It's a micro compressed flight deck, but that is what I like and might be able to afford in the near future. I'm looking at some available Lear's at the moment, particularly a 1969+. Yes, small - nimble and definitely fast! Take care now.
certainly is... especially during approach. you can find yourself in a hairy situation you don't monitor your airspeed closely. the LJ23 is comparable to a lotus... small, nimble and fast!

What is that function? Does anyone know?

Do the early Learjets still hold the record for best climb rate in fpm of a corporate jet? If so, what is the spec.
