this movie is really good but so stupid think about it, I mean a giant monster under the sea for all them years without anyone noticing like boatsmen or scientests.I mean look at the side of the screen they is a boat sureley someone on that might have seen it with radar or anyone in the past years.

actually something DOES fall in this scene. it is a chunk of a satellite from outer space that falls into the ocean, and that is what wakes up the monster, which has been sleeping underwater for thousands of years
